RULES FOR PURCHASE: Everyone in attendance will be required to _ill out a yellow
sheet for our records unless the gun is considered to be an antique or is a
muzzleloader. NICS checks will be done on all guns unless it is a muzzleloader, you
are an FFL dealer and we obtain a copy of your license, it is an antique, you have a
purchase permit or you have a curio and relics license and the gun is at least 50
years of age. Concealed Weapons permit holders will need to have an NICS check
run unless your permit was issued after November 22, 2005. Trigger locks will be
furnished. Dealers from Michigan must have a dealer application and License to
purchase pistol(s) called a RI‐9. Out of state buyers – you may purchase and take
with you a long gun(s) however handguns need to be shipped to a FFL dealer unless
you possess and FFL license.

TERMS: Cash/Check/Visa‐M.C.‐Discover. A 3% Buyers
Premium will be charged at this auction. Payment by cash or check will waive the
buyers premium. Michigan Sales tax of 6% will be charged unless you have a sales
tax number. Statements day of sale take precedence over printed material.
